Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga’s Reviews and is about sharing the books that you have added to your shelves in the past week. The books can be physical, digital, borrowed, won, sent for review, or anything else.

Purchased

Amazon –

paper princess

Paper Princess (Kindle) by Erin Watt (Elle Kennedy and Jen Frederick) – I just came across this title on Amazon, and I thought, Hey, that looks interesting. Plus, I loved the cover immediately.

talon

Talon (Kindle) by Julie Kagawa – This is one of those series that I’ve been meaning to get around to for a while now. Mostly because I. LOVE. DRAGONS. It was on sale this week for Kindle.

rogue

Rogue (Kindle) by Julie Kagawa – I’m so excited to have the first two books in this series now!

storm siren

Storm Siren (Kindle) by Mary Weber – Another Amazon Kindle deal. I’m hoping it lives up to the cover!

ink and bone

Ink and Bone (Kindle) by Rachel Caine – Since I just got an egalley of the second book in this series, I figured it was about time I read the first one. Libraries? Yes. The GREAT Library? Heck yes.

Sent for Review

Netgalley –

julia vanishes

Julia Vanishes by Catherine Egan – This looks like a thriller, which are pretty hit or miss with me. But I just couldn’t resist the description.

Edelweiss –

paper and fire

Paper and Fire by Rachel Caine – Yay! More libraries!

two summers

Two Summers by Aimee Friedman – This looks like a cute summer contemporary!

Hard copies –

when the moon was ours

When the Moon Was Ours by Anna-Marie McLemore – I adore Anna-Marie McLemore, and I think her second novel looks as divine as her first. The Weight of Feathers was a breath-taking feat of magical realism in YA, and I am so excited for this one! Plus, THAT COVER. She always gets the best YA covers, in my opinion.

under rose-tainted skies

Under Rose-Tainted Skies by Louise Gornall – I’m very interested in tales of agoraphobia, and that, coupled with the cover (I am a serial cover-buyer… aren’t we all???), made me fall in love with this book. I can’t wait to read it!

What did y’all acquire this week! Let me know in the comments, and find me on Goodreads and bookstagram so we can be friends!

    • We’ll have to compare notes as we read! Follow my site so you can know when I’m done and I’ll do the same to yours!

  1. Ink and Bone was wonderful when I read it last year and I hope you love it as much as I did. I also got Paper and Fire recently and am beyond thrilled. I figured I would be denied because it’s always the ARCS I really, really want which seem to get denied.

    • I can’t wait to read it! It’s about The Great Library so I figure how could I not love it??? We’ll have to compare notes on Paper and Fire soon! 🙂
